What is TheIndianFab Return Policy?

We want to do 100% Genune business with our customer and we need 100% Genuene & Real customers also.

We will share original product photes and video to our customers to see our genuenity for our business and better customer trust.

Our "100% Customer Satisfaction Program" allows for easy returns and refunds for:

1. Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.

2. Products not as per description/photo on the website. - * . We will share real product photo and video if customer agrees then we will ship product to customer and it will be zero return policy. 

3. Products which you may not like for quality, color and design related issues. - *We will share real product photo and video if customer agrees then we will ship product to customer and it will be zero return policy. 

4. Our " Sales " & " Deal " categories product has "No return Policy" in any case becasue it is with heavy discounts and stock clearance.

How to Return an order?

1. By sending email to Info.TheIndianFab@gmail.com and Whatsapp with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 5 days of delivery.

     Please mention your order number in the email.

2. i. Customer has to Handle Return courier process by Customer him/her Self  through ANY LOCAL COURIER COMPANY"

     ii. If Customer Want Return.

   ( Send Return Parcel to us on our Address by Customer him/her self ) ForwardReturn Courier Charges will be payable by the Customer and Cash on Delivery Charges  ( Shipping Courier Charge  Will Not Refund On Refund Product Amount. )

 Keep in mind that you must send the slip of the product with the return parcel, if you do not send the slip, we will not be able to help you.

ध्यान दें:- ध्यान रखे की रिटर्न पार्सल के साथ प्रोडक्ट की स्लिप जरुर भेजे,अगर आप स्लिप नहीं भेजते है, तो हम आपकी कोई भी सहायता नहीं कर सकेंगे.

[ Note:-Products purchased during on Sale will be not eligible for returns or refunds. ]

 [ ध्यान दे:-सेल के दौरान खरीदे गए उत्पाद रिटर्न या रिफंड के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे। ]

Important Note :

We should get a courier within 10 days of delivery, otherwise, we will not accept the return parcel.

डिलीवरी के  10  द्दिन के अंदर हमे कूरियर मिल जाना चाहीये, 10 दिनों के बाद हम कूरियर स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे।


 When We receive Courier, In 3 Days to 5 Days We Are Transfer Money To the Customer`s Bank Accounts Thru NEFT.

(Write your Bank Account Num. & IFSC code on Paper & Keep that paper Inside the Return Parcel Package With ORDER SLIP.)


3. For Our Air Freshner and Stationery Products No Return Policy.

4. For Internation orders are Prepaid Only and No Return Policy. Customer can do Video Calling and Check Products and Then Give us Confirmation for Buying.



- Placing "cash on delivery" order for fun and and refusing it at the time of delivery is a punishable cybercrime. Please place "cash on delivery" order only if you want to accept the parcel.

- We provide "cash on delivery" service in India only for customers' convenience, in all other countries, we accept only online payments. Please do not misuse this service.

- Open delivery is not available. Each parcel is Seal packed and they are having insurance to Protect it from Fraud. Under this insurance policy, no one can open it before paying the full order amount. Though we have 5 days "No Question Asked" Return policy, under which if you don't like the product then you can ask for refund or exchange. - Card payment is not available in "cash on delivery" payment method. If you want to use card then pay online using 0ur online payment options.
